Using the free service we reserve the right to limit or block access to your app or account if it causes any performance or safety issues for others or the platform.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a subscription on our service which will be done using paypal.

Any attempts to scam, excessive refunds or chargeback will lead to immediate account termination.

Banned Features

You may not use this service for any of these features listed below

• Cryptocurrency, bitcoin or investments.
• Spam, scams or illegal operations.
• Account stealing with methods such as QR code or phishing links.
• Promotion/advertising of drugs or substances.
• Using or advertising leaked content or stolen website accounts.
• Sending malware or spyware programs.
• Buying/selling of cracked/cheap accounts or services.
• Shock content such as abuse, gore or other disturbing content.

Nsfw Content

Age restricted content is allowed on the platform but any illegal issues will be dealt with.

You should also check that age restricted content is only sent in nsfw marked channels.

No Abuse

Do not use this service to abuse or cause issues for Nova Node or other services.

This includes:

• DDOS - Distributed denial of service attacks.
• Exploits or unauthorized access.
• Data scraping.
• Mass sending of DM/Private messages.

Users can send in a request to report stolen content such as artwork, trademark violations or intellectual property of another person, service or company.
